In the case of a tax audit, if there is a dispute between a company or a natural person and the State Revenue Service (hereinafter – also the SRS), we will provide support connected with preparation of documents and explanations, as well as appeals against decisions. We also provide representation of clients in negotiations with the State Revenue Service.

In case, when it is not possible to resolve the tax dispute at the level of the tax administration, we prepare an application for appealing the SRS decision to the court and ensure the representation of the client in the court proceedings.

Tax risk management is a set of measures to identify and prevent tax risks through the control and supervision of tax risks in a structured and continuous manner.

The existence of the tax risk management system is one of the criteria for a taxpayer to become a participant in the Gold Level of Advanced Cooperation Program (Cabinet Regulation No. 748 of 27 November 2018 “Regulations on the Operation of the Advanced Cooperation Program”).
